At CLEANbee Cleaning, we are the home of the $49 clean. The $49 clean is an introductory offer to allow our customers to experience us as a cleaning company. Below we have taken the time to explain what we do, and also what the $49 special includes.

The $49 special includes 1.5 working hours of cleaning for your home or office. One of our elite sales professionals will visit your residence or office and assess what it is that you would like to have accomplished, and supply you with an overall price.

If you would like to test the service out, you must agree to one cleaning for that timeframe, as well as two cleanings at full price. We feel that this will give you a good feel for our company and will allow you to experience all that we can do for you.

When we provide cleaning, no stone is left unturned. We will dust lightly, sweep and mop hard surface floors, vacuum carpeted surfaces, disinfect the kitchen and bathrooms, wipe all major appliances down in the kitchen, as well as move the smaller countertop appliances. In addition to this, we can build a customizable cleaning list to meet your exact needs. We offer additional options such as wiping down walls, clearing of cobwebs, cleaning of light fixtures, carpet cleaning, move in or move out cleanings, estate cleanings, or any cleaning project you may have. If you don’t see it, ask, and we will be happy to accommodate you as much as is reasonably possible.

Rules & Restrictions:

The $49 clean is an offer for new clients only. The offer may only be used once and must be used in conjunction with a three clean package, including the special.

Offer is available to new customers only. New customers are defined as customers who have never had contact with CLEANbee commercial and residential cleaning services before the date of initial contact.
Sales representative visits the client’s location to view the site, and discuss expectations.
Representative develops a custom plan based upon the client’s needs.
For the third clean, the client reserves the right only to have the $49 cleaning completed.
The client must then commit to two full cleanings upfront at the price the contractor has quoted. On the third clean, the client will receive the special pricing of $49 (or 1.5 working hours). By agreeing to the contract, the client understands and accepts this.
The contractor must obtain the following forms of payment: routing and account number, or a credit card number. When each cleaning is complete, the client will be billed the same or next day, with no exceptions.

Contractor reserves the right to exclude any client from this offer. The offer is solely based upon the goodwill of the contractor. The contractor may extend or withdraw the offer at any time, for no apparent reason.
